As Lettingagent.com is an online service with designated agents in each area, they are able to offer a superior service at a far lower cost – full management (8%) or let-only (4%).

In addition, Lettingagent.com will also organise minor repair work on a landlord's behalf and assist with ensuring that the property meets all legal requirements including those relating to gas supply and furnishings. Once the tenancy draws to a close, the local manager will provide support to ensure tenancies are ended smoothly.

By using Lettingagent.com, tenants can access a free online database that lists rental properties in Windsor. In addition, should they rent a property through the dynamic national and local marketing campaigns, they will have access to an extensive range of services intended to make their tenancy as simple as possible.
